Small & Micro O-Rings

Super small o-rings as well as large o-rings with tiny cross sectional diameters.
Manufacturer of micro precision o-rings and miniature, custom rubber o-rings. KEF Corporation has developed the world’s smallest O-ring, as well as large o-rings with tiny cross sectional diameters. The smallest o-ring in production is ID: 0.2mm C/S: 0.05mm. In addition, we can provide smaller o-rings by request. For reference, our smallest O-ring developed and tested is ID: 0.05mm C/S: 0.05mm silicone.

So those tiny rubber moldings are available in a range of sizes from 0.2mm in Internal diameters to 45.00/50.00mm. Cross section also varies from less than 0.1mm to 2.0mm.
The Watch industry needed precise sealings for crown, back case , bezel and KEF developed those O rings and Shape rings to suit that market.

O rings are available in many cross section and internal diameter sizes and KEF owns more than 600 molds for O rings only in those small dimensions.
We mold products to meet stringing industry standards, in addition, we are ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO13485 certified and well aware of EU regulations such as REACH and RoHS.

Low Outgassing Micro Seals

Material outgas refers to the emissions of gas, which can occur in rubbers under vacuum or other environmental conditions. In some applications, outgassing can result in undesirable contamination. Hence, KEF provides low outgassing micro seals for applications sensitive to volatile contamination.
